Consent is collected directly by the business during the customer interaction and is not obtained through purchased lists or third-party lead sources.

Example: Customer calls a TacoAI-powered business to schedule an appointment or request assistance. During the conversation, the customer provides their mobile number and agrees to receive SMS updates related to their request, appointment, or support case.
